Sat Nam! Come join Kasia a KRI certified Kundalini Instructor, for January’s Kundalini classes. On Sunday, January 12th at 1:00pm, we will practice Kundalini Yoga to help relieve sleep disturbances which make us inattentive and emotionally imbalanced. The class will apply ancient yogic teachings, breath-work and inner sound currents to eliminate the causes & effects of insomnia like poor alertness, tiredness, bad memory and agitation. A restful, rejuvenating sleep is very important for human capacity and will help you think better, work better, share better, love better, and fight better! A restful & rejuvenating sleep is key to good health!
In this 2 Hour Class Students Will:
* Release stagnating and heavy thought patterns that contribute to insomnia
* Regenerate the nerves, and promote the body’s natural rhythm
* Regulate the breath during the sleep cycle
* Stimulate the natural radiance of the body
